OVERVIEW
“Why Kids Commit Crime.” A 10-part video and multimedia series exploring the primary reasons behind juvenile criminal behavior. It also offers resources to support efforts to reduce the juvenile arrest rate.
A 30-minute video pilot will introduce the series and will be broadcast on television stations across the United States. Subsequently, ten additional episodes will focus on each specific topic, providing in-depth analysis and comprehensive coverage.
The “Why Kids Commit Crime” videos will be disseminated through television broadcasts, our website, and all social media platforms. Through our interactive website, the public will be encouraged to share their insights and opinions.
To foster further engagement, we encourage both adults and youth to participate in Town hall meetings in each market. These meetings will provide an opportunity for open discussions on juvenile crime and the identification of local resources that can assist individuals in need.
The project is projected to be released in Fall 2025, with the broadcast schedule to be announced at a later date.
